Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and creative professional with passion to “Made in Armenia” products to join our growing team taking the important role of HR manager. Our ideal candidate will have a more hands-on role and will be responsible for the day-to-day planning and execution of the high-level people&culture strategies of the company. We are seeking a leader with proven guidance and communication skills, who will play an important role in driving the next phase of our growth. The role demands ability to hire, coach, advise, motivate, manage a team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Hiring talent from abroad 

  • Manage training and development initiatives 

  • Keep track of employee performance

  • Manage and improve communication

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a HR manager or similar role

  • 1+ years experience as HR in IT company

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage data/metrics and make data-informed decisions

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Experience in conflict resolution

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Communication skills in Armenian, Russian

  • The following knowledge/experience will be an advantage

    • Experience with CRM software

    • Experience in international company

    • Technical background

    • Communication skills in other languages

    • BS/MS in psychology or a related field
