Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and creative professional with passion to “Made in Armenia” products to join our growing team taking the key role of marketing head. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing&communications strategies, and overall branding and image, leading marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. We are seeking a leader with influencing, problem-solving skills with proven creative approach. The role demands ability to hire, coach, advise, motivate, manage a team and to create and maintain a high-performance marketing force.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and products

    • Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy

  • Develop a brand strategy

  • Set and administer an annual marketing budget

  • Hire, train and guide the day-to-day activities of the marketing team and marketing manager

  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary

  • Manage and refine the social media presence

  • Manage and measure marketing campaign costs

  • Create and monitor an advertisement on various platforms

  • Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis

  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs

  • Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively

  • Identify new business opportunities

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a marketing head/director or similar role

  • Proven experience of planning and managing marketing budget

  • Hands-on experience in prolific marketing campaigns

  • Outstanding knowledge of analytics and advertisement digital tools

  • Ability to position products against competitors

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Strategic thinking

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience with CRM software

  • Ability to effectively work under strict deadlines and in a team environment

  • The following knowledge/experience will be an advantage

    • Technical background

    • Experience in a hardware product company

    • Experience with IoT products

    • Experience in international company

    • Communication skills in other languages

    • BS/MS in business, sales, commerce, or a related field
