Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and creative professional with passion to “Made in Armenia” products to join our growing team taking the key role of head of people and culture / HR. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for building people&culture strategies and capabilities of the company. We are seeking a leader with proven guidance and leadership skills, who will play a key role in driving the next phase of our growth. The role demands ability to hire, coach, advise, motivate, manage a team and to create and maintain a high-performance teams.


Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute people and culture strategy for the organization

  • Define, create, and execute the communications strategy and branding for recruitment and talent acquisition

  • Ensure best practice, innovative methods and processes relating to the recruitment, hiring, onboarding and new hire training process

  • Develop and manage the processes of goal-setting, performance metrics & reviews, feedback, coaching

  • Develop and manage the professional development programs for individuals and teams

  • Manage all benefits

  • Manage the compliance with all labor and employment laws

  • Growing the team and hiring staff suitable to maintain company culture


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a head of HR or similar role

  • 2+ years experience as a head of HR in IT company

  • Fluent in change management strategies and best practice

  • Proven success in implementing change across an organization

  • Proven ability to manage data/metrics and make data-informed decisions

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Strategic thinking

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Experience with CRM software

  • Ability to effectively work under strict deadlines and in a team environment

  • The following knowledge/experience will be an advantage

    • Technical background

    • Experience in international company

    • Communication skills in other languages

    • BS/MS in business or a related field
