Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and tech-savvy professional with passion to “Made in Armenia” products to join our growing team taking the key role of B2B sales head. Our ideal sales head has in-depth knowledge of and experience with structuring and managing sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, negotiations, closing deals and motivating a team. We are seeking a leader with influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills with international partners. The role demands ability to hire, coach, advise, motivate, manage a team and to create and maintain a high-performance sales force.


Job Responsibilities

  • Define the approach for the overall sales and account retention

  • Figure out the sales process from proposal to close

  • Develop a comprehensive sales and distribution strategy

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans

  • Develop sales and distribution policies that reflect the organization goals.

  • Hire, train and manage sales team

  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly

  • Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth

  • Establish customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to manage customer relationships

  • Develop a structure to be able to scale up the work when needed

  • Increase the sales turnover by involving new partners

  • Manage key distribution network and identifying new business opportunities outside existing channels

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers/distributors

  • Market analysis for determining customer needs, competitor activities, price schedules, and discount rates

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to penetrate key markets

  • Fly to business trips around the world


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience as a sales head/director or similar role

  • 5+ years experience in international sales

  • Passion to “Made in Armenia” products

  • Proven experience of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

  • Proven experience of establishing/enhancing CRM system

  • Ability to position products against competitors

  • Ability to effectively work under strict deadlines and in a team environment

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strategic thinking

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Marketing and presentation skills

  • Flexibility to travel overseas

  • The following knowledge/experience will be an advantage

    • Communication skills in other languages

    • Technical background

    • Experience in a hardware product company

    • Experience with IoT products

    • BS/MS in business, sales, commerce, or a related field
