Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated and goal-oriented experienced sales person with passion to “Made in Armenia” products to join our growing team taking the important role of B2B sales executive. Our ideal sales executive has in-depth knowledge of and experience with the sales process, excelling at lead generation, relationship building, negotiations, and closing deals. We are seeking an influencer with desire to deliver results, who has negotiation skills with international partners. The role demands ability to establish a contact the distributors worldwide, negotiate and close the deals.


Job Responsibilities

  • Assist managers in sales strategy development

  • Implement sales plans developed by management

  • Go through the whole sales process from proposal to close

  • Train and manage junior colleagues

  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities

  • Research and analyze sales options

  • Manage distribution network and identifying new business opportunities outside existing channels

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers/distributors

  • Market analysis for determining customer needs, competitor activities, price schedules, and discount rates

  • Collaborate with Marketing team to penetrate key markets

  • Fly to business trips around the world


Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years experience as a sales executive/manager or similar role

  • 2+ years experience in international sales

  • Passion to “Made in Armenia” products and a keen interest in a career within sales

  • Proven experience of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Proven ability to drive the full sales process

  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices

  • Ability to position products against competitors

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations

  • Ability to effectively work under strict deadlines and in a team environment

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Problem solving skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Marketing skills

  • Flexibility to travel overseas

  • The following knowledge/experience will be an advantage

    • Communication skills in other languages

    • Technical background

    • Experience in a hardware product company

    • Experience with IoT products

    • BS/MS in business, sales, commerce, or a related field
