HELTUN is an Armenian-US high tech hardware company focusing on Smart Home solutions. We are developing our own smart home & IoT devices based on Z-Wave technology sold in 15+ European countries. The company has built an ambitious, experienced and hard-working team of HW/SW engineers, investors & business development professionals from Armenia and Silicon Valley. 


Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.


Job Responsibilities

  • Handling the sales process from proposal to close

  • Working diligently for successfully achieving annual sales and profitability plans

  • Increasing the sales turnover by involving new partners

  • Managing key distribution network and identifying new business opportunities outside existing channels

  • Developing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers/distributors

  • Developing market knowledge including competitor activities and market information pertaining to HELTUN core business

  • Estimation of partners needs and goals

  • Market analysis for determining customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates

  • Delivering sales presentations, communicating any relevant product information to the customers/distributors

  • Collaborating with various department team members for increasing service levels and providing customer satisfaction

  • Communicating any relevant product information to the customers/distributors

  • Fly to business trips around the world


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in international Sales

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Russian

  • Ability to effectively work under strict deadlines and in a team environment

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good planning and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to travel overseas to visit partners and distributors, to represent the company in Expos.

  • The following knowledge/experience will be an advantage

    • Technical background

    • Experience in a hardware related company

    • Experience with IoT products

    • BS/MS in Business, Sales, Commerce or a related field


Required Candidate Level: Mid to Senior
